Our Employee Assistance Program covers both employees and their spouses/dependents and may include any combination of the following services:

  • 24-hour telephone access to a trained counselor;
  • Face-to-face professional assessment and counseling (up to six sessions per incident);
  • No deductibles, no co-payments for EAP counseling;
  • Specialized credit counseling and career assessment services;
  • Specialized evaluations for conduct-at-work problems;
  • Access to multiple counseling office locations throughout Central Illinois;
  • Access to our regional and national network of EAP counseling affiliates for covered dependents who reside in other communities;
  • When necessary, referral beyond the EAP to appropriate covered provider for long-term or specialized care;
  • Follow-up of cases referral beyond the EAP;
  • On-site employee orientation meetings;
  • Customized promotional materials (brochures, newsletters, posters, etc.)
  • Supervisory/union representative referral training;
  • Consultation on how to handle impaired employees (as requested);
  • Critical Incident team and services (as requested);
  • Customized quarterly and ad-hoc reports;
  • Guaranteed confidentiality on all matters (except as required by law);
  • Up to four specialized organizational/behavioral health workshops per year;
  • Work | Life Services - a dependent care and family resource and referral program;
  • Online Assistance Services - interactive Internet service.
